Will you restock [x] item?

All our listings have a "add me to email waitlist" button when items go out of stock. We encourage buyers to use this link as it generates an automated email should items go back in stock when we assess leftover stock.

If listings are no longer available on our website it means we have no plans for a restock.

We rarely restock items as we only list what is leftover from our initial sales. We encourage you to sign up for our email list so that you don't miss out on future announcements.

When will my item ship?

Miscellaneous orders can take up to 2 1/2 to weeks to ship. For items that are pre-orders, monthly boxes, and mini editions, you can find the exact dates on each individual listing. Please refer back to the listings for exact dates in bold.

Do you ship to the UK or EU? 

We no longer ship to the UK or EU due to complicated VAT laws.

Will you ever make items in the Fox Club open to non-subscribers?

Items in the Fox Club are one of the perks of being a subscriber and we want to keep it that way.

Are there late fees?

No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?

When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into flexible installment payments.* Your first payment is due when you make your purchase.

Which payment methods are accepted if I use the option to pay Installments on Shop Pay?

The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit cards.

Can I request a refund?

No. Orders using shop pay installments cannot request a refund.
